I have extensive experience in helping clients identify and value marital assets. The distribution of these assets often has significant tax implications. The distribution of these assets without careful consideration can lead to a negative impact on the overall distribution of the estate. These issues must be addressed in order to equitably distribute assets while protecting and preserving the marital estate.
When necessary I employ forensic accountant and tax experts to value and assist with the division of assets.
